The Principles of Manual Medicine course is a prerequisite for all other postgraduate manual medicine courses offered by the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. If you feel that you have achieved an adequate skill set through application of manual medicine techniques within a clinical setting, you may attempt to pass out of this prerequisite requirement by scoring 80% or above on this exam.
