Glossopharyngeal Nerve (CN IX) -- The 9th cranial nerve supplies preganglionic parasympathetic fibers to the otic ganglion. Postganlgionic fibers accompany the auricotemporal nerve, interconnecting the otic ganglion with the parotid gland.
